December19 awarded IPA CPD Platinum Accreditation
December19 has achieved Gold CPD Platinum Accreditation from the UK Institute of Practitioners of Advertising.
The Platinum accreditation has been awarded in recognition of our commitment to learning and development created and delivered by the team over five years.
The IPA CPD Gold Accreditation scheme recognises and rewards CPD excellence. IPA member agencies who receive the accolade demonstrate a genuine culture of learning; bettering the professionalism, development and reputation of the industry, enhancing clients’ brands and agencies’ worth as a result. When submitting for CPD Gold Accreditation, agencies must demonstrate that CPD lies at the heart of their business. After achieving CPD Gold Accreditation for four years in any five year period, companies become eligible for CPD Platinum Accreditation, the IPA accolade for sustained CPD excellence.
Majella Lavelle, Head of Clients spearheaded this effort dedicating her time to encouraging the team to commit to learning as a key part of their personal and professional development.

The submission process is rigorous, with learning to be logged throughout the year, development programmes and appraisals all counting towards the hours needed to show commitment to CPD. It measures the direct correlation between learning and development and business success.
When applying for CPD Platinum Accreditation, agencies must demonstrate that CPD lies at the heart of their business, building a strong learning culture, in support of real business objectives and the development of employees professionally and personally. This is a huge accolade for the agency and will inevitably help reach new levels of success.
