Stakeholder Engagement
Our five stakeholder groups
We identify five groups whose interests we have a responsibility to consider in our decisions:
Our team: the people who work at December19, whose experience, development and wellbeing are central to everything we do
Our clients: the brands and organisations who trust us to manage their media investment
Our suppliers, freelancers and media partners: the businesses and individuals we work with to deliver our service
Our community: the Clerkenwell neighbourhood, the wider media and advertising industry, and the communities our clients’ advertising reaches
The environment: the natural world affected by our operations and the media supply chain we manage
How we engage
We engage with each group through a range of formal and informal routes:
Team: monthly Wotter pulse surveys, annual engagement review, one-to-ones, all-team meetings, and open access to the Managing Partners and Directors
Clients: regular reporting, quarterly reviews, annual satisfaction surveys, and direct access to senior leadership
Suppliers and media partners: onboarding questionnaires, periodic relationship reviews, and our Raising Concerns process
Community: employee volunteering, pro bono activity, industry body participation (IPA, CAN), and B Corp community engagement
Environment: annual carbon measurement via Seedling, B Corp recertification, and our Data Force for Good programme
How feedback shapes our decisions
Stakeholder feedback is reviewed at Board level as part of our annual governance cycle. Material issues raised by any stakeholder group are logged, considered, and responded to. Our annual B Corp Impact Report summarises how stakeholder engagement has informed our direction.
Raising concerns
Any stakeholder with a concern about how December19 operates can use our Complaints and Concerns process at december19.co.uk/complaintsandconcerns.
