We are lucky to work with a team full of brilliant individuals, but today being International Woman’s Day, Dave and I want to give a proper shout out to the ladies who have helped december19 become the business that it has become. There is absolutely no doubt that we would be a complete shambles of a company without their skill, expertise and leadership.
So big high fives to the following:
Sam our office lady who does a bit of everything but particularly adept at creating our docs and quirky Gifs. Amy in accounts whose immaculate running of our finances bring plaudits from our suppliers, clients and the team. Helena our newbie who joined in January and is knocking it out of the park. Amber our Account Manager who has made phenomenal progression during lockdown. Harriet our Account Director who drives our purpose philosophy meaning we are the agency that cares.
Katy our Head of Planning who keeps Dave and I in check so we are always doing things the right way. Maddie our Media Exec whose lockdown studying meant she passed every IPA exam open to her. Maj our Head of Clients who keeps the good ship d19 afloat and makes everyone feel good about themselves. Gemma our happy Marketing and New Biz lady who we celebrate all this week as she leaves us to have her second baby.
And we never forget our former team members so here’s to you Katie, Pip, Carly, Abbie, Paige, Olivia, Lucy, Jen, Helen and Suosan 😊
