The challenge, which kicked off in May, formed part of our recent initiative to achieve the GLA’s Healthy Workplace Charter status. Other activities have included the provision of a Nutribullet to ensure that we can make smoothies whenever we fancy, and ensuring a supply of fresh fruit for everyone who works here, every day of the week.
D19 is the smallest business to achieve this accreditation, and is the only UK media planning agency involved in the scheme, which is focussed on supporting and enhancing the health and well-being of the team.
Well done to everyone involved in the challenge. The next target is 8.4m steps, which we hope to hit by the end of August, to benefit another charity. After all this energetic strolling, that should be a walk in the park!
